HR AI Technology Consultant

Position Overview:
Nextgen People is seeking a highly skilled HR AI Technology Consultant to help client organizations enhance their HR operations through AI-driven solutions. This role will work closely with clients to assess their current systems, develop and execute tailored AI HR strategies, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into their HR processes. As a contract role, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects without a fixed salary or benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Readiness Assessment: Evaluate clients' current HR technology and processes to assess readiness for AI integration. This includes analyzing existing systems, data flow, and operational workflows.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Partner with clients to design a customized AI HR strategy roadmap that aligns with their specific business and HR needs.
AI HR Roadmap Plan: Collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive, customized AI HR roadmap that includes key milestones, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
AI Roadmap Execution: Lead and manage the implementation of AI HR strategies, ensuring seamless integration with current HR systems while optimizing processes.
Financial Oversight: Assist clients in understanding the financial implications of AI integration by analyzing budgets, P&Ls, and providing cost-effective recommendations.
Client Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining open communication channels to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive measurable improvements.
Qualifications:
HR Technology Expertise: 5+ years of experience with HR technology platforms and HR operations, with a history of successful implementation of HR solutions.
AI Certification: AI-related certification or equivalent experience in integrating AI into HR operations is preferred.
SPHR Certification: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is highly desirable.
Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financials, including budgets and P&Ls, with the ability to provide cost-effective guidance on AI technology investments.
Key Competencies:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Coach to partner with senior leaders across diverse industries to drive personal and professional development. The ideal candidate must be an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level or higher. This role is designed for independent contractors looking for the flexibility to work on a project basis while leveraging their executive leadership and coaching expertise to deliver measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one executive coaching to senior leaders (Director level and above) focused on enhancing leadership skills, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and overall performance.
Partner with clients to identify development goals, create tailored action plans, and track progress toward leadership growth.
Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions for teams or leadership groups when required.
Apply various coaching methodologies and tools to address clients' individual needs and organizational contexts.
Conduct periodic evaluations of coaching outcomes and provide feedback to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
ICF Certification: Must hold Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or higher.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or higher within a corporate or organizational setting.
Coaching Experience: At least 5+ years of executive coaching experience, preferably with a focus on senior leadership development.
